The Restoration Dictionary

The creation of the dictionary came out of 16 years of research to develop glossaries for the cleaning, remediation, environmental hygiene and restoration industry. The author, Patrick Moffett, dedicated thousands of hours to create new terms and updating old ones.

Sometimes, there is no one right definition for a term, therefore, in those instances, Patrick includes multiple definitions. When a reliable reference source is found, Patrick will provide the reader with a notation about who said what and often links that take the reader to that website. All websites were “live” at the time the link was bookmarked, but there is no guarantee it will remain that way.
